Halloween Chia Seed Pudding

If you are hosting a Halloween diner and are looking for a healthy plant-based dessert, you should try those chia seeds pudding.

Black Layer

  • 150 ml Almond milk
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp charcoal powder
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp agave syrup

Green Layer

  • 150ml almond milk
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Culinary Grade Matcha
  • 3 tsp agave syrup

Other

  • 1 tsp fresh bee pollen

Method

  1. In a bowl combine almond milk, chia seeds, charcoal vanilla, and agave together, whisk vigorously, let it set for 10 minutes and whisk again
  2. Repeat the same process for the green layer, add the matcha at the end and sieve it over the milk chia seed mix.
  3. Leave to set in the fridge for ½ hour and add them in layer in a small glass
  4. Pour a generous layer of the topping over the chia pudding and sprinkle some raw chia seeds, almonds and goji berries.
Healthy alternative to high sugar highly processed Halloween treats. For a vegans omit bee pollen. You can also do those pudding all year long, the charcoal is an ally of the gut and promote detox and the matcha will give a boost of antioxidant. Those puddings make a great breakfast and can be stored in the fridge for 5 days.
