Matcha Glow Collagen Smoothie Tropical

Ingredients

  • 110g Pineapple
  • 80g Mango
  • 40g Kale
  • 1TBSP collagen powder
  • 1TBSP Matcha
  • ½ passion fruit
  • ¼ avocado
  • 250ml Water

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass over ice cubes and serve immediately.

You can use fresh fruits or frozen mango and pineapple, then omit the ice cubes.
