Matcha Vegan Pancakes

What not to love about pancakes! Adding matcha to the batter and replacing dairy milk by almond milk make this recipe utterly delicious and healthy.


  • 120g Flour
  • 2Tbsp organic sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 250ml almond milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1Tbsp matcha
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Top up with sparkling water
  • 1Tbsp lemon juice


  1. Combine together Flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl
  2. Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract and almond milk whisk vigorously
  3. Add the batter to the dry ingredients and stir until it is all combined
  4. Pour 1 lader of the batter on a non stick pan over low to medium heat
  5. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook the other side
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup or dairy free whipping cream
