Matcha Vegan Pancakes
What not to love about pancakes! Adding matcha to the batter and replacing dairy milk by almond milk make this recipe utterly delicious and healthy.
Ingredients
- 120g Flour
- 2Tbsp organic sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 250ml almond milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1Tbsp matcha
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Top up with sparkling water
- 1Tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Combine together Flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl
- Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract and almond milk whisk vigorously
- Add the batter to the dry ingredients and stir until it is all combined
- Pour 1 lader of the batter on a non stick pan over low to medium heat
- When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook the other side
- Serve warm with maple syrup or dairy free whipping cream
