  2. In one bowl, add vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of maple syrup to the Greek yogurt. Stir well to combine.
  3. In the other bowl, sieve matcha powder over the Greek yogurt, then add 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Stir well to combine until the matcha yogurt is smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spoon dollops of the vanilla yogurt and the matcha yogurt alternately onto the parchment paper, creating a checkerboard pattern.
  6. Use a chopstick or a skewer to swirl the dollops together, creating a marbled effect.
  7. Scatter the freshly cut strawberries over the surface of the yogurt mixture.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  9. Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to slightly soften.
  10. Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into pieces of your desired size. Serve immediately and enjoy your beautiful Matcha Froyo Swirl Bark!
