Matcha and Berries Pavlova

Pavlova is an elegant dessert made with a crisp meringue layer filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit. In this recipe, I chose to use a beautiful raspberry meringue and replaced the whipped cream with a non-dairy yogurt whipped with matcha. This dessert is as beautiful as it is easy, perfect for last-minute entertainment.


  • 4 meringue nests
  • 400g coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp matcha culinary powder
  • Handful of berries: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries


  1. Whisk the coconut yogurt firmly.
  2. Sieve the matcha above the yogurt and whisk again.
  3. Fill each meringue nest with the matcha yogurt.
  4. Top with the berries and sprinkle with some desiccated coconut.
Easy to make, you can use your preferred yogurt and add any freshly cut fruits you like.
