Coconut Cloud Matcha Drink

A fluffy coconut cream top elevates this refreshing matcha drink.


  • 200ml of pink-hued coconut water (Rebel Kitchen or Harmless Harvest recommended)
  • 1 small can of coconut milk (placed in the freezer for 20 minutes)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder


  1. Begin by placing the small can of coconut milk in the freezer for about 20 minutes. This will help separate the cream from the liquid.
  2. Once the coconut milk has chilled, carefully open the can and scoop out the thick coconut cream that has solidified at the top. Transfer the cream to a mixing bowl.
  3. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, vigorously whip the coconut cream until it becomes thick and fluffy.
  4. While whipping, gradually sift in the matcha powder. This ensures that the matcha blends smoothly into the coconut cream without any lumps.
  5. Continue whipping until the matcha is fully incorporated into the coconut cream and the mixture is thick and fluffy.
  6. Pour 200ml of pink-hued coconut water into a glass.
  7. Carefully pour the whipped matcha coconut cream on top of the coconut water, creating a fluffy cloud-like layer.
  8. Optionally, you can dust a little extra matcha powder on top for decoration.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Coconut Cloud Matcha Drink!
